Criteria
* Performance Textiles Association membership
* Minimum of two years trading
* Proposer must be from within this group
* Agree to Code of practice
* Agree to periodic inspection
* Complete and send annual return
* Adequate PL insurance (£5,000,000)
* Documented H&S policy and Risk Assessment
* Method statements
* Structural calculations for all tentage over 10m span (TDS)
